Molniya Satellite
For this project, I set out to design and animate The Molniya, a historic series of Soviet-era satellites.
After modeling and texturing the satellite, I decided to bring it to life through animation. I began with a flyover, imagining how it might have appeared during its operational days. Then, drawing inspiration from historical diagrams, I animated its solar panels unfolding to showcase its intricate mechanics.
